[01:15] my follower feels me pushing the ground here, and my follower wants to do this, but I'm going to stop that from happening by engaging my core, isolating the hips,

[01:37] and then as my hip goes, and I progressively transfer my weight, the actual energy rolls up my body,
[01:46] this moment is super important, because that's actually the head roll unlock motion, and remember, we're pushing up,
[01:54] which helps us stop into our basic, without stopping, it would be, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, and one, two, three, four,
[02:08] we also talked about leading the body roll, in kind of this face-to-face position, we want to leave space, and make sure that my back foot,
[02:16] and my follower's back foot is turned out, so there's a solid foundation, and then, if you think about deconstructing the body roll,
[02:22] from the follower's perspective, there's a weight change, 100% weight change, and then there's a level change, up, down, up, down, up, down, up, down,
[02:38] and then if I go up, and I tilt my torso over, while keeping all my weight on the front foot, and then I release the movement,
[02:47] I want my follower's chest to be facing up, and then the actual movement is as if they're pushing the ceiling,
[02:55] to send the energy down, and if they do not get any more information, my follower, roller coasters down, pendulum, neutral, so,
[03:05] but if I want my follower to do continuous body rolls, energy, relax, energy, relax, up, down, up, relax, up, and I'm done,
[03:22] and so from the least perspective, both the lateral wave movements, and the body movements, in the face-to-face position,
[03:33] you can do an exercise where the follower's hand is on your torso, and I'm mirroring this movement, do that one for now,
[03:40] like, eventually, you can do, like, the zoom version, where it's, like, where you're kind of doing this,
[03:44] but you have, like, it's more complicated, because you have to be off-center a little bit, otherwise, you're slamming into each other,
