[00:16] And I'm absorbing with each leg, and I'm pushing with the opposite side.
[00:21] I'm decelerating, collecting, and then pushing.
[00:24] And then what we did was we added a bit of an upward push.
[00:28] So, I'm pushing and I'm opening my leg.

[00:36] So, that's our head unlocking preparation and shifting our weight, which is super important for the head movement.
[00:42] Then we worked on the front and back shape of movement.
[00:45] So, when I want my follower's chest to collapse, I'm going to bend my own knees, jumbo shrimp, and there's a drop in my frame.
[00:54] And then I push the ground, and when I want to pull through my chest, I'm opening without my shoulders going up.

[01:56] Then if I want to change it into a one-legged head roll, I unlock and I open back.

[02:27] And then I'm using my own weight change and opening my right lung for the body roll.
[02:32] Then we practice doing our body rolls here, feeling where our follower's axis is.
[02:35] And then when I'm ready to change it into a hip roll, I move the energy back.
[02:40] I weight change and breathe to finish the movement.
